A daily room · by Aloha AI

You have six half-finished things.
Today you ship one.

Aloha Build Club is the daily body-doubling room for people building with AI. You show up, build alongside others in real time, and a co-pilot — your host plus AI — keeps you unstuck, so the thing you keep avoiding finally goes live.

Only 25 founding seats · rate locked for life

The problem isn't skill. It's starting.

AI gave you infinite ideas and infinite drafts. What it didn't give you is momentum. You open the tab, you tinker, you close it. The gap between "I could build that" and "I shipped it" is where most projects quietly die — alone, in a browser tab, next to a to-do you keep rescheduling.

Building is mostly showing up, and only a little bit skill. You already have the skill. What you're missing is the room.

The enemy has a name: the Someday Pile. This is where it dies.

What one hour in the room looks like

min 0–5Set the targetYou leave with one clear next step to start on — no blank screen, no "where do I start."
min 5–15Unblock togetherA quick round of what everyone's shipping today. Stuck? The room and the co-pilot get you moving.
min 15–55BuildHeads-down creation time. Cameras optional, presence real. Everyone building, nobody drifting.
min 55–60Ring the ship bellPush it live and ring the bell. The room sees it — so it actually exists — and it lands on the Shipped List.

Why a room beats willpower

This isn't a vibe. Presence and accountability are two of the most reliable behavioral levers in the research literature. We built the club around them on purpose.

+16–32%

The mere presence of another person working nearby measurably raises output — the "peer effect."

Falk & Ichino, Journal of Labor Economics (2006)
76% vs 43%

People who wrote their goals and sent weekly progress to a friend hit 76% of them — versus 43% for those who just kept goals in their head.

Matthews, Dominican University (2015), n=267
~2–3×

A standing accountability appointment — not just intent — is repeatedly linked to multi-fold jumps in follow-through and cooperation.

Fehr & Gächter, American Economic Review (2000)

Virtual body-doubling sessions have run on Focusmate across 150+ countries — outside evidence that the daily-room model works at scale. It's their number, not ours; we add a build focus and a host on top.

Focusmate, company figures (external context)

We sell consistency, not outcomes. Presence and accountability are well-evidenced; body doubling itself has strong observational support but few large controlled trials, so we don't claim a proven "X% more productive." We won't promise you an income — we'll help you show up every day, which is the part that actually compounds. Every figure above links to its source.

What you get

Daily live rooms

Show up and build alongside other people making things with AI. Recorded, so you're covered across time zones.

Your co-pilot (host + AI)

Your host, backed by AI, helps you pick your next step, unblock in the moment, and get a second set of eyes on what you ship.

An engagement pod

A private group that actually looks at what you ship. Your launches don't die at zero — real humans respond.

Accountability that sticks

Same time, every day. Momentum nudges when you go quiet. Consistency becomes the default, not the fight.

The Friday Shipped List

Every session logs what you shipped; every Friday the room's wins go on the Shipped List. Watch your streak — and your body of work — grow.

For anyone building

Founders, creators, indie builders, students, job-seekers. If you're making something with AI and keep stalling, this is the room.

Who runs the room

RN Collins

I build and ship AI tools for a living — monitoring systems, intelligence dashboards, and interactive products, all live and doing real work under Aloha AI. Build Club is the room I wanted for my own work: a place to show up daily and actually finish things, instead of letting them rot in a tab. I host every session, hand out the next step, and answer in the pod. The "AI" part is a co-pilot we use together in the room — not a bot pretending to be a mentor.

This is a founding cohort forming now — capped at 25 on purpose, so the room stays small enough to actually know each other.

Who this is for — and who it isn't

You'll fit if you…

  • are building something with AI and keep stalling before it ships
  • do better with people around than alone with your willpower
  • want a daily habit, not another course to half-watch
  • will show up most days and put real work on the screen

Skip it if you…

  • want a passive course, templates, or a "watch and learn" library
  • are looking for a done-for-you service or an income guarantee
  • can't commit to showing up more than once or twice
  • need 1:1 coaching more than a shared working room (the Pro tier adds a monthly 1:1, but the room is the core)

Questions

What if I can't make the live time?

Every room is recorded and posted same-day, so you can build on the recording plus the pod — and still keep the accountability — on your own schedule.

What kind of thing can I build here?

Anything you're making with AI — a product, a content engine, a course, a side project, a job-search sprint. The room and the co-pilot adapt to your project.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you're using AI tools to build or ship something and you keep stalling, you're exactly who this is for.

Will my price go up?

Not for founding members. You lock in the rate you join at, for as long as you stay.

How is this different from a course?

It isn't a course. There's nothing to "watch." It's a room you show up to and do the work in, with people and an AI that keep you moving. Information is free now — momentum is the scarce thing.

What do you do with my email and data?

Your email goes straight to RN so I can send your room link and founding rate — that's the only use. No selling, no marketing list, no third-party ad tracking. It's stored privately to run the club, and I'll delete it whenever you ask. The site uses lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics (page views and scroll depth, no cross-site profiling). When you join a paid plan, payment is handled by the checkout provider — card details never touch this site.

The best day to start was a month ago.

The second best is today. Claim a founding seat and ship something before this week is out.
